So a coach can meet you, learn what you're working with, and walk you through the format.

Wear what you'd train in

Bring water — we've got everything else. Shoes are optional for strength classes but socks are mandatory. Both studios have space to change.

No experience required

and nothing to prove. The coach scales the work to you, start to finish.

Conditioning

CONDITIONING compliments your strength training by improving speed, power, and cardiovascular fitness. CONDITIONING combines mobility, stability, accessory work, and high-intensity intervals to help you move efficiently, recover faster, and perform at a higher level both inside and outside the gym.

Endure

ENDURE prepares you for the demands of sport, recreation, and everyday life. Through longer work intervals, lighter loads, and purposeful movement patterns, you'll develop the stamina, strength, and resilience needed to keep performing when fatigue sets in. Build endurance, move better, and perform confidently both inside and outside the gym.

Full Body Strong

FULL BODY STRONG is STRONG with the dial turned up. Same foundational lifts — deadlifts, squats, lunges, pull-ups, presses — but faster-paced and higher-volume, so you accumulate more quality work in the hour. Strength training for people who want to lift more weight, more often, without losing their form.

HYROX

Hyrox classes in Vancouver that pair running with functional stations at race intensity to train the exact movements and energy systems HYROX demands. Whether you're training for your first race or a seasoned competitor, HYROX classes meet you at your level and push from there. Two formats: HYROX 55 and HYROX 75.

In Motion

IN MOTION sits at the intersection of mobility, functional strength, and kettlebell conditioning. Designed to help you move better and feel stronger, this class blends purposeful movement with challenging strength and conditioning work to create a well-rounded training experience.

Strong ABC

STRONG is our dedicated strength-training class designed to help you master the foundational movement patterns that build longevity and performance: deadlifts, squats, lunges, pull-ups, and presses. Expert coaching and progressive programming helps develop proper technique, build confidence under load, and steadily increase your strength.
