WHAT IS ENDURE?

ENDURE goes beyond traditional cardio by incorporating multi-planar movements to challenge your body to move in different directions and improve coordination, stability, and real-world athleticism. Strengthen your core, build muscular endurance, and enhance sustained effort over longer periods of time. Our expert fitness coaches guide dynamic workouts that help you move efficiently, stay injury-resistant, and feel capable in whatever activities you enjoy outside the gym.

Training for an event, or playing a sport you care about. Build the stamina to keep performing when fatigue sets in, not just for a single hard effort.

Wear what you'd train in

Bring water — we've got everything else. Shoes are optional for strength classes but socks are mandatory. Both studios have space to change.

No experience required

And nothing to prove. The coach scales the work to you, start to finish.
