WHAT IS IN MOTION?

IN MOTION improves mobility and movement quality, then transitions into strength-focused intervals using heavier loads, controlled tempos, and focused execution. Move into longer conditioning intervals with lighter weights, continuous movement, and kettlebell-based endurance. Develop strength, coordination, stability, and capacity to build a deeper connection to how your body moves.

01

MOVEMENT-FIRST

You want to move better before you move heavier. Restore mobility and build strength in the same session, with quality of movement at the centre.

02

POST-INJURY / RETURNING

Easing back into training and want a controlled way in. Mobility-led and deliberately paced, so you rebuild strength without rushing it.

03

LONGEVITY-LED

Strength and mobility together are what keep you moving well for decades. Build both at once, in a session designed around how your body moves.

First visit at Kin culture

Book any session on the schedule. By the end, you'll know whether Kin Culture is your kind of room.

Arrive fifteen minutes early

So a coach can meet you, learn what you're working with, and walk you through the format.

01

Wear what you'd train in

Bring water — we've got everything else. Shoes are optional for strength classes but socks are mandatory. Both studios have space to change.

02

No experience required

And nothing to prove. The coach scales the work to you, start to finish.

03

In Motion is a trick everytime... I think I'm going for a gentle workout but that has never ever been right. Gabby make everything doable and approachable for wherever I'm at that day.
