WHAT IS FULL BODY STRONG

Every session is built around compound strength training: the big movement patterns that carry over into everything else you do. Where STRONG prioritises time steady progressive overload, Full Body Strong keeps the same movements but increases the pace and the working volume — shorter rests, more total reps, a higher metabolic cost. You still get expert coaching on every lift and the same obsession with technique; you just do more of it.

01

EXPERIENCED LIFTERS

You know the movements and you're ready to do more of them. Higher volume and a faster pace, so you accumulate more quality work in the hour.

02

COMPETITIVE ATHLETES

Training for a race, a sport, or a Hyrox podium. Build the work capacity and resilience your sport demands, on top of raw strength.

03

BREAKING A PLATEAU

When base strength isn't moving the needle anymore. More work, more often, to push past where your progress stalled

First visit at Kin culture

Book any session on the schedule. By the end, you'll know whether Kin Culture is your kind of room.

Arrive fifteen minutes early

So a coach can meet you, learn what you're working with, and walk you through the format.

01

Wear what you'd train in

Bring water — we've got everything else. Shoes are optional for strength classes but socks are mandatory. Both studios have space to change.

02

No experience required

And nothing to prove. The coach scales the work to you, start to finish.

03

I love the full body strong for an extra workout in my week where I can hit a range of muscle groups.
