What is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a fitness race: eight 1km runs paired with eight functional stations — sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carries, lunges, wall balls. Training for it well means building a specific blend of engine, strength, and pacing that most general programming doesn't touch.

What to expect
Preparing for HYROX takes structure, strategy, and coaching with real race experience. Here's what training with KIN looks like:
Built around you. We start with your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and race timeline to build a plan that moves you toward the start line.
Race-day specific. Compromised running, sled work, transitions, pacing under fatigue — the program trains the exact demands of the event, so nothing on race day is a surprise.
Tracked and adjusted. Your plan lives in the Trainerize app with demos and metrics, so you can train on your own schedule, see your progress, and stay on track week to week.

Built by someone who races it
Kin Culture's Hyrox program is led by co-founder Rich Poole, a HYROX PRO athlete and two-time age-group winner (Men 35–39), who's placed 2nd in Pro Doubles alongside co-founder Sean Collins and top-five overall across five races and three seasons.
