NEW TO LIFTING
Never trained with a barbell, or never been shown how properly? You'll learn the foundational lifts under coaching from your first session, and build real strength without guessing.
POST-INJURY / REBUILDING
Coming back from an injury and ready to get strong again. We work alongside your physio, loading progressively and controlling every rep so you rebuild safely.
LONGEVITY-LED, 50+
Strength is what keeps you capable and independent for the long haul. Build it deliberately, with coaching that respects where you're starting from.

Arrive fifteen minutes early
So a coach can meet you, learn what you're working with, and walk you through the format.
Wear what you'd train in
Bring water — we've got everything else. Shoes are optional for strength classes but socks are mandatory. Both studios have space to change.
No experience required
And nothing to prove. The coach scales the work to you, start to finish.
