Sean Collins
Sean's coached strength and conditioning for over 13 years, blending high-performance athletic principles with training people can sustain. His own history with fitness and the years it took to get it right are the reason Kin Culture trains for health over aesthetics and longevity over a quick fix. Sean’s spent a career proving you don't have to wreck yourself to get stronger, and that conviction runs through every class on the schedule.

Richard Poole
Rich came up through the rigorous end of the industry: sports therapy, rehab, and elite performance. He focused on building a career that understands how bodies work and what keeps them performing for decades. A HYROX Pro athlete and two-time age-group winner, he leads Kin Culture’s Hyrox program and sets the standard for the rest. He's the one making sure the training is science-led, not ego-led, and that nothing on the program is there just because it looks hard.
