I came here for an intro class and ended up getting a class pack after. So far, I've done 3 hyrox classes and a strength class. Both the owners Sean and Rich are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They've really built a welcoming environment and community feel here and the gym is very aesthetically pleasing. All the trainers and people here are very encouraging and it really has a great atmosphere.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and cannot say one bad thing about it. I trust all the trainers who are all so knowledgeable. I’ve been able to continue attending classes even through injuries as they are amazing with adjusting exercises for you so you can continue to move in a safe but effective way. Bonus they have created such a welcoming community/family at this gym and always feel comfortable here. Highly recommend! Thank you for such an amazing gym

KIN is hands down the best place for anyone looking to get fit while being part of an incredible community! Each class is thoughtfully planned, with proper warm-ups to prevent injury and challenging workouts that push you just the right amount. You leave feeling tired but great, not sore or wrecked for days. Plus, the sense of community is amazing; everyone is so supportive, and you really feel like you're part of something special here. Highly recommend!
