WHAT IS A HYROX CLASS?

Hyrox classes are built like the race. You alternate running with functional stations so you're always moving with power on tired legs. A coach runs the room, sets the intervals, and keeps the intensity honest so you push at the right level. You'll train on the same equipment you'll hit on race day: sleds, SkiErgs, rowers, wall balls, etc. The result is race-specific skill and a hard full-body session to get you ready for race day.

01

First Timers

Preparing for a HYROX event and want training built for the format. Programmed around the real stations, distances, and demands of race day.

02

HYROX Athletes

Chasing a time, a podium, or a personal best. Develop the power, pacing, and aerobic engine that separate finishing from competing.

03

A COMPLETE WORKOUT

You don't need a race on the calendar to want this. One session that trains running and strength together and leaves nothing in the tank.

First visit at Kin culture

Book any session on the schedule. By the end, you'll know whether Kin Culture is your kind of room.

Arrive fifteen minutes early

So a coach can meet you, learn what you're working with, and walk you through the format.

01

Wear what you'd train in

Bring water — we've got everything else. Shoes are optional for strength classes but socks are mandatory. Both studios have space to change.

02

No experience required

And nothing to prove. The coach scales the work to you, start to finish.
