Richard Poole

Originally from Swindon, UK, Richard graduated in Sports Therapy and Rehab at the Bristol University, and worked as a trainer for a professional football club, a rehab specialist with elderly patients, and as an exercise rehab specialist with the British military. In 2016 Rich relocated to Canada and began working as a personal trainer with Equinox, becoming one of their senior-most personal trainers. Rich became a Trainer Educator, training and educating his Equinox colleagues internationally. Along with Sean Collins, he is the creator of Kin Culture.

Charissa Landicho

Charissa combines her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with her personal experience in powerlifting, volleyball, soccer, long-distance triathlons, and Muay Thai to her 6 years of coaching. Specializing in strength & conditioning and multisport training in both group and 1:1 settings, she has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, including those with Parkinson’s Disease and cognitively diverse youth.
