Richard Poole

Originally from Swindon, UK, Richard graduated in Sports Therapy and Rehab at the Bristol University, and worked as a trainer for a professional football club, a rehab specialist with elderly patients, and as an exercise rehab specialist with the British military. In 2016 Rich relocated to Canada and began working as a personal trainer with Equinox, becoming one of their senior-most personal trainers. Rich became a Trainer Educator, training and educating his Equinox colleagues internationally. Along with Sean Collins, he is the creator of Kin Culture.

Born in Cork, Ireland, into an athletic family; Sean’s life has been deeply rooted in fitness and sports since he was a young child. Many years of unhealthy nutrition habits, weight gain was an evident part of his teenage years which led him to make a positive change in his life. With over 13 years experience in the industry, Sean is looking to build an empire from the ground up through Kin Culture and its ever-growing community. Along with Richard Poole, he is the creator of Kin Culture.

Nathan Farrish

Nathan is a group fitness instructor, strength and conditioning specialist, and online health coach with 9 years of experience and a Kin degree. He has the same origin story as most coaches: overweight and unhappy in his youth, finding exercise as a lifeline, and now - sharing his passion with his community. He's ventured into the corporate world, learned how detrimental desk jobs are for our bodies, and aims to educate and inspire clients on how to move well and often. You should expect great energy, quality dad jokes, and to learn something in each of his sessions!

Along with a university education in Recreation & Leisure, he holds certifications in Personal Training, CrossFit and group coaching. While his primary career is in Wealth Management and Financial Advice, he has sustained his passion for fitness by coaching groups and sports teams throughout the years. He believes training should challenge you both physically and mentally and help prepare you for all eventualities in life.
