WHAT IS CONDITIONING?

CONDITIONING develops the foundations that support athletic performance. Through targeted work for hips, calves, and core, we'll build the base needed so you can move well, for longer. Run through sprint-based conditioning intervals to help grow your engine and alternate between hard efforts and intentional recovery periods to produce power repeatedly while maintaining quality movement.

01

LIFTERS ADDING CARDIO

You train strength and don't want to lose it chasing fitness. Build a bigger engine with intervals that complement your lifting instead of undercutting it.

02

RACE & EVENT TRAINERS

Preparing for a race or a Hyrox start line? Develop repeatable power and faster recovery between efforts to build the engine the day demands.

03

WANTING MEASURABLE FITNESS

You want progress you can see, not an aimless sweat. Structured intervals on the machines, with effort you can track session to session.

First visit at Kin culture

Book any session on the schedule. By the end, you'll know whether Kin Culture is your kind of room.

Arrive fifteen minutes early

So a coach can meet you, learn what you're working with, and walk you through the format.

01

Wear what you'd train in

Bring water — we've got everything else. Shoes are optional for strength classes but socks are mandatory. Both studios have space to change.

02

No experience required

And nothing to prove. The coach scales the work to you, start to finish.

03

Conditioning was where I knew I'd push myself way harder than I could on my own and always felt great after.
