Sales Conditions – Classes / Personal Training / Golf Coaching

You may cancel the purchase for: (i) a product at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received the relevant product or (ii) services or content, at any time within 14 days after you receive the purchase confirmation unless you have arranged to receive the services/contents within that time, in which case you may cancel at any time up until you receive the services/content (Cancellation Period). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, service or content in accordance with the seller’s refunds policy. To cancel the purchase please send an email to info@kinculture.ca using the following Model Cancellation Form:

– I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following: [INSERT REFERENCE TO YOUR PURCHASE] – Ordered on [INSERT DATE] – Your Name – Your Address – Your Email address – Date

Cancellation Policy for bookings

Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us 12 hours in advance for classes and 24 hours in advance for private and semi-privates sessions (both personal training and golf coaching). You can cancel a class online through your app, if you’d like to cancel private or semi-private sessions please call the studio or email your trainer. If you do not cancel before this window, you will automatically be charged for the class or session.

Sales Conditions – Merchandise

1. WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We offer exchanges and returns on all full price merchandise within 30 days, at the shipping cost of the purchaser. All items must be unworn with the original tag still attached. All sale items are final sale. No exchange or return on sale items.

2. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM?

We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to be happy with your Brunette purchase. Please send us an email that includes photos of the damaged item to info@kinculture.ca and we will figure out the next best step for you!

3. RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

Apologies for the mix-up! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at info@kinculture.ca we’ll be sure to look into it and get you your correct items as fast as possible.
