Annika is a certified personal trainer who studied Exercise Science at UVIC and has over four years of experience in the fitness industry. Born and raised in Vancouver, Annika has always had an appreciation for movement that started at a young age when she began playing high level soccer. After university, Annika began her career in a rehabilitation clinic, where she designed exercise programs for individuals with diverse health needs. She later transitioned into teaching small group fitness classes, specializing in strength and mobility training—a path she continues to lead today. Annika believes that movement should make you feel confident, strong, and empowered. Her approach is rooted in functional movement, injury prevention, long-term sustainability, and making fitness both fun and accessible. No matter your starting point, Annika's goal is to ensure you feel encouraged, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way.
