what is stronger together hyrox club?
In partnership with Neechie Club, an Indigenous-led organization, this event welcomes all fitness levels to experience HYROX — a fast-growing race combining running and functional strength.
More than a race, it’s a celebration of movement, inclusivity, and cultural connection.
Held on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, Stronger Together HYROX Club brings Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities together through shared experiences, teamwork, and fun.
race format
Complete the course in PAIRS or SOLO.
If you're doing it in pairs, you must run/walk side by side with your partner and you can split up the stations however you like.
If you're doing it solo, the run/walk and the stations are all yours!
Here's how it looks:
- 1km Ski Ergometer
- 700m Run
- 1km Rowing Machine
- 700m Run
- 100m Walking Lunges
- 700m Run
- 65m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 700m Run
- 100m Bear Crawl
- 700m Run
- 100 Medicine Wall Balls/Passes
day schedule
- 9:00 – 9:30 AM: Check-In
- 9:30 – 9:50 AM: Course Walkthrough & Judge Meet-and-Greet
- 9:50 AM: Land Acknowledgement by Sarah-Anne Tourond (Neechie Club)
- 10:00 AM: First Heat Begins
- 3:00 – 5:00 PM: Post-Race Celebration with food, drinks, and local DJs
🔥 Heats run every 15 minutes with six teams per heat.
🔥 Heat times will be sent out by July 10.
🔥 Participants in heats before 11 AM must arrive by 9:00 AM.
❗️All others must check in 1 hour before their start time.
🙏 Please arrive early and stay to cheer others on.
